Eye Guy and Cannonbolt

I've added two new aliens today, more are on the way. These two are important because they are acting as the foundation for a couple of different systems.

First the alien tag system. Levels generate puzzles targeted toward a specific tag, which means numerous different aliens can solve them. It also means that the initial 10 aliens you start with have 1 of each type of alien pulled to ensure you can complete every level.
